For now, we plan to hold the ERA Conference in a hybrid format:

• Physical attendance: Brdo Congress Centre/ Kongresni center Brdo, Predoslje 29, SI-4000 Kranj.
• Virtual attendance will be enabled via ERA conference YouTube channel (more information coming soon)

The Brdo Estate is located halfway between Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, and Bled, one of the most visited Slovenian tourist destinations with scenic lake views. The venue is 10 minutes away from Jože Pučnik Ljubljana Airport and around 30 minutes from the centre of Ljubljana.

In 2020, the Brdo Congress Centre was awarded a certificate of compliance with the requirements of Slovenia Convention Bureau’s ‘Safe and Healthy Meetings & Events’ initiative.



For the registered participants a transfer form Ljubljana’s hotels will be provided to the venue and back on both days of the ERA conference.

The ERA Conference will be held in the main Grandis Hall. For the second day, when the sessions are split into four breakout sessions, you will be informed and directed to which hall to go to at the premises.

Throughout the event limitations on the number of people in the rooms may apply in accordance with recommendations of Slovenian National Institute of Public Health and Covid-19 legal provisions in effect.
